Based on a book by Dr. Abraham Nwankwo, set against the backdrop of a fictional land where 21 year old girls (titled "Usaburu" - The Saviour), consecrated at birth, are sacrificed to the god of the land, Buru. A mother plots to keep her only child from been sacrificed by the wicked leader of the Buru cult by sending her to a convent at a young age. But as she approaches the ripe age to fulfill her destiny, her "Leki" (a man tasked to protect her in this life and after life) was sent to look for her and bring her in time for the sacrifice.
