An orphan, after being sent from the orphanage to live with a family in another state, meets his intended family dead from gas poisioning the previous night. Being stranded in a strange land far from home, he tries everything he can to survive. In the process, he is robbed, manipulated and deceived. He has to smarten up in order to survive.
