Chioma Chukwuka Akpotha is a Nigerian Film Actress and Producer. She came into limelight in “The Apple” (2000). In 2007, Chioma won Best Actress Award for her role in “Sins of the Flesh” (2005) at the 3rd annual Africa Movie Academy Awards, and in 2010, she won the Best Actress Award at the 15th Afro-Hollywood Awards in London.
Born Chioma Chukwuka, in Oraifite, Anambra State on March 12, 1980, to Late Leonard Ndukaife and Grace Egoyibo Chukwuka. Chioma attended Onward Nursery and Primary School in Lagos and Federal Government Girls College in Onitsha, for her primary and secondary education respectively. Chioma holds a degree in Banking and Finance from the Lagos State University.
Since her acting debut in 2000, Chioma Chukwuka Akpotha has starred in over 70 Nigerian films.
