Kiki Omeili is an award winning Nigerian Film and Television Actress known for her roles as Lovette in Blessing Effiom Egbe’s TV series, “Lekki Wives”; Ada in Stanlee Ohikhuare’s, “Sting”; and Isoken in Darsen Richards, “The Antique”. She made her acting debut in the TV series, “Behind the Smile” (2011) and rose to prominence acting alongside Joseph Benjamin and Funke Akindele in Tunde Olaoye’s, “Married but Living Single” (2012). Kiki Omeili won the award for Best Actress in A Supporting Role (for an English Language Film) at the 2012 Africa Film Awards for her performance in Married but Living Single; and the award for Best Supporting Actress at the 2015 Golden Icons Academy Movie Award for her performance in Sting. In 2016, Kiki Omeili featured and made her debut as a Producer with the release of the short film, “Unprotected”.
Kiki Omeili was born Nkiruka Omeili in Lagos, the daughter and second child of Charles Omeili, a retired banker; and Maureen Omeili, a former Controller of Prisons in Ibadan, Oyo State. She has three siblings; an elder sister and two younger brothers. Kiki Omeili began her education at Fountain Nursery and Primary School, Surulere, Lagos. She went on to Federal Government Girls College, Benin City, and the University of Lagos where she studied Medicine.
Kiki Omeili’s foray into professional acting started with a leading role in the TV series, Behind the Smile. Since then, she has gained wide recognition for her work in films and television.
