A woman walks in on her fiance with another lady and runs out crying, only to get run over by an oncoming vehicle. She survives the accident but suffers from temporary amnesia and is unable to recall the event leading up to the accident. Her fiance is happy with the condition but also anxious that there is one other person aware of the situation. His fear is justified as the said person is always a trigger to his fiancee's memory, leading her closer to finding out the truth about the accident.
