Tunde Aladese is a Nigerian actress, screenwriter, and director. She is known for her roles as ‘Isabella’ in Kenneth Gyang’s ‘’Confusion Na Wa’’ (2013), and ‘Ose’ in ‘’The Lost Café’’ (2018). She is also notable for her role as ‘Philo’ in CJ Obasi’s fantasy/science fiction, ‘’Hello, Rain’’ (Short Film, 2018).
In 2013, Aladese wrote two episodes of the TV Mini Series, ‘’Shuga’’, and was head writer for Africa Magic’s telenovela, ‘’Hotel Majestic’’ (2015-2016). She co-wrote ‘’Forbidden’’ (TV Series, 2018), and directed the TV series, ‘’Bride of Pedro’’ (2017).
In 2015, Aladese received a nomination for Best Supporting Actress in a Drama at the 3rd Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards for her role in ‘’Confusion Na Wa’’. In 2018, she received a nomination for Best Actress in a Leading Role at the 14th Africa Movie Academy Awards for her role in ‘’The Lost Café’’.
