Uzor Osimkpa is a Nigerian Television, Film and Stage Actress. She is known for her roles as Adaku on the Television series, “Do Good”, as Uzo in “Hustle” and Delmwa, on Africa’s biggest soap, “Tinsel”. In 2017, Uzor Osimkpa received a City People Movie Award nomination for Best Upcoming Actress in an English film.
Born Uzoma Oluchi Osimkpa on February 15. Uzor Osimkpa is the second child of four children. She holds a degree in Education Economics from Abia State University. She began her acting career on stage before making her screen debut in the TV series “Shallow Waters” (2004). In 2005, Uzor acted in the pilot series for the BBC World Service Trust sponsored hit TV series, “Wetin Dey”. Following her screen debut, Uzor Osimkpa has starred in several successful Television shows and Films such as: “Flatmates”, “Half Sisters”, “Secret and Scandals”, “The Maze”, “Living Large”, “Edge of Paradise”, “Doctors Quarters”, “About to Wed”, “Desperate Housegirls”, “Love, Lies and Alibi”, “Kpians:The Feast of Souls”, “Fifty”, “Fifty: The Series”, “Power Must Change Hands”, “Beyond Blood”, “Just Before I Do”, “Dance to My Beat”, “Somewhere in the Dark”, “Icheke Oku”.
