A couple's marriage encounters difficulties when the business partner of the husband commits suicide and leaves a huge debt to pay. They meet a mysterious woman who offers to help them settle the debt for no obvious reason and the husband reluctantly accepts her offer and this causes the wife to start entertaining doubts about her husband's fidelity.
